eating or sleeping habits.
3. Hormone-Related Headaches
Hormonal changes can contribute to headaches in
some people. Depending on the symptoms and how
often headaches occur, managing this pattern may
involve an ongoing treatment plan.
4. Fatigue Headaches
In TCM, this pattern may be associated with
overwork, insufficient rest, or limited movement.
Symptoms can include a dull headache and fatigue,
sometimes accompanied by a weak voice, cold hands
and feet, or loose stools.
